Managed E-Mail Service provides ASA clients a full featured email service based on cost effective open source applications.
Managed E-mail Service is provided on a server with hard disk drives (HDD) space shared between user inboxes and web hosting space. Services such as POPS (Dovecot), IMAPS (Dovecot), SMTPS (Postfix), webmail (Roundcube Webmail), web-based address books (Roundcube Webmail), and web-based user administration (Webmin Web-based Administration) are included. This service also includes one-time configuration and setup of initial e-mail accounts, basic server maintenance, and 24x7x365 technical support. For service restoral purposes only, data stored for all clients (email and web content, if applicable) will be backed up on a rolling 24 hour basis. However, ASA does not provide archiving service and should not be expected to respond to client requests for emails or other stored files from its backup data. Other advanced services which may be available upon request are FTP, mailing lists, externally available address books, and user account access to the server.
Clients subscribing to Managed E-Mail Service can utilize available server storage (not utilized by their e-mail service) for hosting their web site or other storage requirements.
