E-Rate Program Management

ASA manages the E-Rate program for AREN Consortium members. ASA files on behalf of the school or library (AREN members) to receive funding to pay for Internet services that fall under Category One services. ASA handles all of the E-Rate paperwork and filing for Consortium members. The E-Rate categories are as follows:

Category One: Date Transmission Services, Internet Access, and Voice Streams.

Category Two: Internal Connections, Managed Internal Broadband Services, and Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections.
